We hope you love your order. If something isn’t right, this page explains how refunds and returns work.
1) Your right to cancel (change of mind)
If you’re a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel most online purchases.

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you’d like to cancel.

Then return the items within 14 days of telling us.

We’ll refund the product price and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost (if you paid for a faster shipping option, the extra isn’t refundable).
Important (hygiene-sealed items): For health protection reasons, supplements that have been opened, unsealed or used after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes bottles/jars with a broken seal and top-up/refill bags once opened.
2) Non-returnable items (unless faulty)

Any opened or unsealed supplement (capsules, gummies, blends, top-up bags).

Items not in their original packaging.

Gift cards or downloadable products (if used).

Free gifts or promotional items (unless returned with the qualifying order per section 7).
3) How to start a return (change of mind)

Email info@celesticabyray.uk with subject: Return + Order #.

Tell us what you’re returning and why. We’ll issue an RMA (returns authorisation) and the return address.

Pack items securely, unused and unopened, including all inserts/free gifts.

Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping. If the item is faulty/incorrect, see section 4—we’ll sort that.
4) Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We’re sorry if this happens. Email info@celesticabyray.uk within 7 days of delivery with your Order #, a brief description and clear photos of the issue (packaging + item). We will:

Arrange a replacement, repair or refund (your choice where reasonable), and

Provide a pre-paid return label if we need the item back.
5) Refunds: when and how

We process refunds within 7 working days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Banks can take 3–10 working days to post funds.

If a return doesn’t meet this policy (e.g., opened product), we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion. We’ll contact you first.
6) Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original (unopened) for a refund per sections 1–5.
7) Bundles, promotions & free gifts

Bundles/sets: return the entire bundle unopened for a full refund. If you return only part of a bundle, your refund may be pro-rated or refused.

Free gifts / minimum-spend offers: if returns drop your order below the promo threshold, we’ll adjust the refund to reflect the ordinary price or ask you to return the free gift unopened.
8) Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

You can pause or cancel in your account or by emailing info@celesticabyray.uk before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order is processed or dispatched, it can’t be cancelled but you can return it unopened per section 1.

Failed payments may pause or cancel future deliveries.
9) Undeliverable parcels & address issues

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection or refused delivery, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus our original shipping cost.

If the parcel is not returned to us, please contact the carrier or our team for help.
10) International orders
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. If we add other regions, this policy will be updated with any region-specific terms.
11) Your statutory rights
