If you have ever read my newsletter or came across my products and website, you probably already know how important mushrooms are in my life, how they became part of my daily routine, and how much I value building small rituals that bring health, balance and a sense of awareness. Today I will also share where it all truly started.

A big part of story begins with my grandma. She is over 80 and at one point she was going through a difficult time, both mentally and physically. I only see her a couple times a year (I live far away from homeland) but during one of my visits, I noticed a real change in her. She looked lighter, stronger, more present, and it was something I could genuinely feel and see. She was supplementing recommended functional mushrooms.

Even though I had already been taking them myself, this moment resonated with me in a completely different way. It made me ask more questions, it made me more curious, and it made me realise how powerful fungi world can be especially when you see the change in someone you love.

Later on when I decided to create this brand, my own life was not in the easiest place. I went through a breakup. I made decision to invest into something that at that point was only an idea and then left my job.  I thought the process of building this brand would be purely creative and exciting, and in many ways it is, but it has also been one of the hardest things I have ever done.

I don’t want to create an illusion that everything just worked because I wanted it to. It didn’t. It has been a process, sometimes very difficult one. But through all of this, I kept going because I truly believe in what I am creating. I believe in functional mushrooms, in their true capacity to support the body, mind and vitality over time, and in the idea of building simple, consistent rituals or habits that make you feel better, naturally.

For me, this has never been just about selling supplements. It has become something much deeper, a philosophy, a way of living, and a way of sharing something that genuinely works for me with others. I care deeply about quality, about honesty, and about making sure that what I offer comes from real experience, not just an idea or trend.

It has now been several months of building this, and the process is still challenging, but when I see how people feel, when I hear or read feedback, and when I look at how much mushrooms has changed my own life, I knew I want to continue.

I will always stay open, always keep learning, and always stay humble, because I know not everything works for everyone. But I will also always be incredibly grateful for every person who trusts me, reads this, or chooses to try my products. I wish you best experience and I hope you trust mushrooms the way I do.
