By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.
2. Using our website
You must be 18+ to purchase.
Keep your account details secure; you are responsible for all activity under your login.
Content on the site (text, images, logos) is our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute without consent.
We may update, suspend or withdraw the site (or parts of it) without notice.

3. Products & information (supplements notice)
We sell food supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Always read labels and use as directed.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging, labels and minor details may vary.
We try to ensure information (ingredients, allergens, serving info, pricing) is accurate; occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error after you order, we’ll contact you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.
4. Ordering with us (contract formation)
Place products in your cart and complete checkout.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email (acknowledgement, not acceptance).
A contract forms when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.
We may reject or cancel orders (with a full refund) if, for example, items are out of stock, pricing/content errors occur, we can’t obtain payment authorisation, or we suspect fraud/unauthorised reselling.
5. Prices, promotions & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Delivery charges (and the Free UK delivery over £40 offer, if active) are shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at order placement (or per subscription billing cycle).
Promotions/discount codes: one per order unless stated; cannot be exchanged for cash; may exclude subscriptions, bundles or sale items; subject to availability and time limits. We may withdraw or amend offers at any time.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom (and any additional locations listed at checkout). Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees.
Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product cost less our original shipping cost.
For late, missing or damaged items, please contact info@celesticabyray.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable) within 7 days of delivery.
7. Returns, refunds & your right to cancel
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply.
You have 14 days from receipt to cancel most online purchases and then 14 days to return them for a refund of the product price (standard delivery refunded where required by law).
Hygiene/sealed items: for health protection reasons, supplements that have been opened or unsealed after delivery are not suitable for return unless faulty.
Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty).
Please follow our Refund & Returns Policy for the returns address and process (RMA), and keep proof of postage.

8. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
If you choose a subscription:
You authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen method at each recurring interval you select.
You can manage, pause or cancel before the next billing date via your account or by emailing info@celesticabyray.uk.
Subscription prices/promotions may change; we’ll give reasonable notice of any price change and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments may pause or cancel your subscription.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@celesticabyray.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate under your statutory rights.
10. Resale & wholesale
Products are sold for personal use only. Resale without our written consent is not permitted. Wholesale, practitioner and stockist enquiries should be sent to info@celesticabyray.uk.
11. Reviews & user content
By posting a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business (including on the website, emails and ads). Please only post content you have the right to share; be respectful and truthful.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for: (a) losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed; (b) losses not caused by our breach; (c) business losses. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
13. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., postal strikes, extreme weather, supply issues). We’ll do our best to keep you updated and fulfil orders as soon as possible.
14. Privacy & cookies
Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how we collect, use and protect your data, and how to manage cookie preferences (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time you place your order will apply to that order. Material changes will be signposted where reasonable.
16. Complaints & customer service
We aim to resolve issues quickly. Contact info@celesticabyray.uk and we’ll reply as soon as possible (typically within 1–2 business days). If we can’t resolve a complaint together, you may have the right to seek Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); we will consider ADR in good faith.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
